DRAFT · NOT APPROVED FOR PRODUCTION
Privacy Notice
This working draft describes privacy in the development preview; it is not a final public-production notice. The operator must identify the responsible legal entity, purposes, retention periods, processors, user rights, and contact channel before public production or real-money services are enabled.
Information the preview may process
Account details may include your name, mobile number, optional email address, country, date of birth, password hash, accepted policy versions, and sign-in/session records. If financial workflows are enabled, the service may also store wallet journal entries, deposit claims, withdrawal requests, payout details, and review history. Sensitive identity documents are not collected by this preview page.
Why information is used
Information is used to create and protect accounts, provide account and wallet features, process manual requests, investigate fraud or service misuse, meet applicable legal obligations, and improve service reliability. Real-money features remain gated until the operator's legal and compliance reviews are complete.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure and communications providers configured by the operator. Password-reset codes, when delivery is configured, are sent to the contact supplied for the account. Provider credentials and database credentials are kept on the server and must not be placed in the mobile application.
Retention, security, and choices
The service uses password hashing, access controls, encrypted payout details, and session revocation. The operator still needs to define approved retention and deletion periods, response procedures for privacy requests, international transfers, and any additional safeguards required by local law.
Contact and policy version
The data controller identity and privacy contact address have not been supplied in this workspace. This preview records acceptance of the Privacy Notice version shown at signup; the operator must publish a complete, approved notice and provide a working privacy contact before public production.
